A member asked:

Is it possible to train my eyes to have night vision?

Maybe: Wearing slightly more (minus) myopic glasses improves the vision of many people at night because it corrects the myopic shift that occurs in darkness. The longer you avoid light the better you can see night. Your vision gets better by the minute after you enter a dark room, this is called dark adaptation. If you must see light (your phone) momentarily, keep one eye closed. Take multivitamins.

Nighblindness: If you believe you may have night blindness, get examined by an eye physician because there are rare but treatable types of this condition that affect your entire health.
