How long should you have pain after ovarian cyst ruptures?

A week or 2: Functional cysts that are not huge can rupture and cause pelvic pain. If there is no bleeding from the ovary and if healing is normal, most patients report thier pain going away over a week or so. Please see your gyn doctor to be followed.
