My right arm, and my knee hurt extremely bad in the morning. it feel's like my arm is being twisted, and i cannot move it.?

If the whole right arm hurts, it could even be something related to a pinched nerve in the neck. Definitely need to see a physician. For an exam and possible lab, x-rays.
