Try other ways+types: Not many with option of eating cooked rice would eat raw rice and risk breaking teeth etc:/ steamed rice is healthful, but consumers need to be aware of the coating on some rice cookers. Boiling rice is ok , but boiling bags might allow plastic chemicals to leech into the food. Heating in microwave has the same risks. For family health, select the right pan and the right rice--try brown, red etc.
