Paxil (paroxetine): Paxil (paroxetine) is not given to help coordination. It is given to help with depression and anxiety, and helps well with these. It will take 4-6 weeks for full effect to show itself. If your coordination is newly "off" and you have not been using any alcohol or other substances, please speak with your physician about this.

Paxil: Paxil is not a medication to improve coordination. Paxil can cause lightheadedness when going from lying to sitting or standing. It can also cause a sense of feeling drugged.
