Need More Info: The decision regarding chemo is based on your stage, your age, and the presence of tumor markers (estrogen-, progesterone-, her2/neu receptors). Furthermore, if you are er+, pr+, her2/neu-, we would want to do a multi-gene assay (oncotype-dx) to help guide this decision. Long story short: you need to see a medical oncologist to discuss all options.
