Low egg supply (diminished ovarian reserve) may be an issue in late 30's.

Low Glycemic Index: Great question! while there are no magic foods, normal weight and a healthy, low glycemic index diet are associated with higher fertility, while excess weight and an unhealthy high glycemic index diet are associated with higher rates of infertility.
