Not MS: The lesion on your liver is in no way related to ms, and needs clarification. May well be benign but need to see specialist and get an answer asap.

MS & liver spot: It is common for tests to pick up things we did not know about, and sometimes this helps us. In this case, the significance of this is not clear. MS does not cause changes like this on the liver. It is likely a liver specialist would think this is benign, but we should leave it to them to decide.
