Yes: It's what you consider natural. The only therapy found to be beneficial so far for dry macular degeneration is the use of high-dose antioxidant vitamins and lutein. Some have advocated the use of omega-3 fat supplements. Others have recommended homeopathic remedies but the only proven treatments are the areds vitamins.
