Go to urologist: This sounds like a complicated "uti" as Clindamycin is not commonly used for therapy. Due your age i would be encouraging you to see a specialist like an urologist. That antibiotic can give you dysentery! watch out!

Wrong antibiotic?: Failure to respond to an antibiotic may be due to the use of an agent that is ineffective for that particular bacteria. Another reason for failure may be an inadequate duration of therapy. Finally, inability to effectively treat the infection could result from a persistent focus of infection such as a stone. For these reasons, further testing such as an ultrasound of the kidneys is reasonable.
