See your ENT: Your ENT doctor can have it removed for you if it's bothering you.

Remove: Small asymptomatic nasal polyps can be observed. Larger ones can be shrunk with medications or removed with surgery. See an ENT doctor for evaluation.

Plenty: Meds such as oral or topical steroids can reduce the size of nasal polyps and if the polyps recur many times, despite medical treatment, surgery can give long lasting relief of your symptoms. If you have a single polyp without any symptoms, make sure your are followed up periodically to determine if the polyps is growing larger.
