Not really: Chronic sinusitis is persistent sinus inflammation most commonly due to allergies, but there are many other causes as well. The best treatments include avoiding those things to which you're allergic, and reducing the sinus inflammation with nasal steroid sprays. The only otc med that might help is the decongestants, but there are lots of side effects with these in people over 40.
