Is it possible for corneal surgery to correct my astigmatism in my right eye?

LASIK may correct it: Lasik corneal surgery may correct one's astigmatism. An evaluation by an experienced lasik eye surgeon can tell whether or not the astigmatism can be corrected by surgery.

Yes: Most "normal" levels of astigmatism are correctable with refractive surgery, but you would need a full evaluation before it could be recommended.
