It looks deformed: Typically if you have a dislocated finger it will be subsequent an injury and your finger will not look "right" you should be examined and xrayed asap because you want to get the finger back in place quickly to minimized swelling and potential nerve injury you should have an xray because the treatment for a displaced fracture would be quite different from a dislocation.
