Veneer or crowns: Many ways to whiten your teeth. Bleaching ( in office or in home) is conservative but not predictable and may be discolored again. The quickest and most effective way is to use cosmetic restorations. Veneers for less dramatic color change, pocelain crowns for drastic color change. See your dentist for details.

Dental office bleach: The safest, fastest and most conservative way is to have the teeth bleached in a dental office. Then, have bleaching trays made and continue to bleach at home. The older you are, the longer this takes. Porcelain laminates can be done in 2 weeks, but at a much greater cost.
