Retinal changes: If the eye pressure is extremely low - say less than 8 mm hg the retina can get swollen - called hypotony maculopathy. Most frequently seen in post-glaucoma surgery patients. Choroidal effusion can also be present as well as increased risk of choroidal hemorrhage.
