See your dentist: Many conditions can give you tingling or itchy feeling of your teeth. Common scenarios includes but not limited to traum from biting(like a concussion), nerve damage (need root canal) or infection of the tooth and surrounding bone.
Your dentist need take x-rays and exam to find out what is the reason and treat you accordingly.
