Not likely: There appears to be a congenital defect that has been there your whole life. There is probably a mild defect in the organization of the structures of the cerebellum and brainstem. You have compensated, but have mild tremor as an effect. Surgery may throw off this compensation. If there is pressure or acute hemorrhage then emergency surgery may be necessary. Radiation may reduce the size.
