Does not: Smoking does not raise the eye pressure. However the deleterious effects of nicotine on the heart and blood vessels can in turn cause damage to the eye also.

It doesn't: There has not been any study linking smoking to elevated eye pressure. There is an association between smoking and blood pressure, however.
