Can elevated eye pressure be due to nicotine or other substances?

No: Nicotine, the drug found in tobacco is not known for causing increased eye pressure. Other medicines such as steroids are well known to cause an increase in eye pressure.

I've been having elevated eye pressures for three years now. My vision has gotten worse. Pressures were 24/25 almost consistently. What could cause this? I was checked extensively for glaucoma and it came back negative.
