Preeclampsia?: Your description is suspicious for preeclampsia (mild or severe). If the feus is well-dated and yet not growing well and your blood pressure is increasing near term, close medical supervision is warranted to avoid serious complications such as fetal death, placental abruption, eclamptic seizures, stroke, hellp/presyndrome, hepatorenal failure, heart attack. Delivery by 37 weeks is a good idea.
