Depends: But your OB can diagnose pregnancy with a blood test beofre the time of your missed period and I do a Progesterone level also as a high progetserone is good, a low Progesterone is bad and your OB should be able to see a sac in the uterus at 5 weeks, and a htbeat at 6 1/2 weeks.
