Eat, sleep, walk etc: This is one of those times in life when people are most happy and motivated to improve their health. So seizing the opportunity to eat right, sleep better, enjoy life more is important. So is avoiding toxic chemicals and toxic situations (including people). An OB provider can provide details on what to do during the first trimester (and preferably before). If you are 42, also ask OB about exercise.
