It dramatically increases one's risk of many cancers including lung, head and neck, pancreatic, bladder, esophagus etc., increases risk of heart attack and stroke by 2-4 times, causes emphysema, raises risk of infertility, stillbirth & poor health of babies, increases risk of osteoporosis/hip fracture.
