What to look for in a mole you?ve always had?

Mole changes: Dear santel6, moles that change in a short period of time are worrisome. Most long-term moles are benign and harmless. Moles that start to grow in width and with a ruffled or multicolor (blue, black, red)border are worrisome. Any rapid color change within a mole can be a bad sign. Itchiness and spontaneous ulceration are also bad. See your primary physician right away if you are worried.
