Determine Why: If you don't want to leak urine you got to figure out why you leak. Leaking is a symptom but the problem can be a anatomy problem, a nerve problem, a muscle problem, a dietary problem or a medication problem. Once you know the cause then you can worl on correcting the problem. Often times a urologist or urogynecologist helps with this issue but some gynecologists or primary care docs can help.
