My guess is BV.: A fishy smell or an ammonia smell is often associated with bacterial vaginosis (gardnerella). It's caused by an overgrowth of bacteria, and can be treated by oral antibiotics, or a cream or gel antibiotic inserted in the vagina. You do need to be seen to get a diagnosis and treatment - and to be screened for stds if appropriate for your situation. Lgromkomd.
