Rinse: Remove you lens and carefully rinse it with rewetting solution or sterile saline. Gently rub if necessary.

Flush the eye: If you are wearing the cl you may be able to flush the hair out with saline eye wash. If you can remove the cl and clean it, that is usually more effective.
