Fluids for a day-: "montezuma's revenge" you arev experiencing, is most likely caused by the toxins that bacteria such as b cereus, staphylococcus aureus, or clostridium perfringens. The diarrhea occuring shortly aftereating tainted food allows your intestines to literally flush out the "crap"/toxins. Maintaining fluids and electrolytes will be very inportant duriong this time.
