Get reevaluated: Any problems with breathing demand immediate evaluation, now. Call your doctor or go to er, now.

Go to ER: If your child is having abnormal breathing, go to the er immediately or call 911.

Mgt: He may have developed a pneumonia. I would advise having him seen in the ED right away. A chest radiograph will help to confirm the diagnosis.
