Cyst?: Possibly a cyst? These are usually benign but can develop malignancy in very rare circumstances. If the lesion becomes symptomatic or changes or grows then you should have it re-examined. You should see a dermatologist just to make sure it's not a skin cancer. You can have a benign lesion for many years that can become a skin cancer.
