In the back: Of the heel the problem is usually achilles tendonitis or a hagland's deformity or spurring at the back of the heel. On the bottom of the heel plantar fascitiis and or heel spur are the usual culprits.

Sounds like: It could be a combination of plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis with or without spurs. Try ice, more supportive shoes and stretching. See podiatrist is this is a persistent problem.
