Right foot warming sensation on and off also cold foot rt side only.?

It sounds : Like you may be experiencing symptoms from a nerve impingement. Since, you mention a cold extremity, you need to differentiate if the extremity is legitimately colder or just feels like that. If there is sudden onset coldness in one extremity, the concern would be a decrease in blood flow and needs to be assesses promptly. You need to set up an appt with your internist asap.

Sounds like: A form of neuropathy. If it persists, get it checked out.
