Not specific: These symptoms can indicate a specific disorder or may not. They may reflect a bone problem, like an arthritis, or a metabolic problem, but not necessarily. You want to consult a doctor for an exam and, possibly, some tests. You may need x-rays & thyroid, calcium or other blood tests, but let a doctor advise you after examination.
