Not necessarily: Many women have a small amount of bleeding at ovulatioon from a temporary slight drop in estrogen levels right at ovulation. The bleeding is usually accompanied by thin mucous and doesn't last more than 1-2 days. If it persisits or becomes heavy, consult your gynecologist; a sonogram may be necessary to rule-out a polyp (benign growth.).
