Having contractions every 3 minutes lasting 80 seconds long doctors don't wanna check my cervix for fear of infection how do i know if i'm dilatin or not last time i was check i was 2 1/2 cm and 70% efface?

Where are you?: If you are not in a delivery suite you should be, and the decision of whether and how frequently to check for cervical dilation and effacement should be left to your ob/gyn doctors. Since this was sent 24 hrs ago, suspect you have already delivered.
