What's your norm?: One irregular cycle is not a cause for concern if your periods are generally normal.

Probably not: It sounds as if you're experiencing an anovulatory cycle; one in which the ovary fails to release the egg. This results in disruption of the normal hormonal levels which causes the cycle to be abnormal.
