Healthy carbs: Bring plenty of water and stay away from processed snacks with you to your match. Rather than a candy bar, better choices would be oranges, tangerines , melons, mangos, pears, peaches, yogurt, berries. A whole grain sandwich would fill you up. If you are looking for fast food, then choose subway's over mcdonalds and water instead of energy drings or soda they sell.
