OCD: Generally pharmacologic therapies that are helpful for OCD are serotoniergic. St. John's wort works by this mechanism, however the doses often required in OCD make using this product difficult and quite expensive. There are studies using inositol, though again the doses are large and so costly. Lithium is natural, but by prescription only. Of course cognitive behavior therapy is natural and works!
