Where do i turn for obsessive compulsive disorder help?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Where OCD gets help: I am a board certified psychiatrist, and would recommend that you seek a licensed clinical psychologist, who is a verifiable expert in cognitive-behavioral treatment of OCD symptoms. Treatment needs to be systematic and organized along certain lines. The right pscyh meds, however, can make the difference between failure and success in the change process; without meds, cbt has less lasting impact.
