Have an evaluation: If your eyes feel tired, lubricating eye drops (artificial tears) may relieve some of the symptoms. Eye strain may also cause a tired feeling. This is sometimes a sign that you may need glasses. If the eyes look tired, there are very few non-medical treatments that work. Most cosmetics conceal the appearance rather than treat it. Your best bet is to have a doctor discuss it with you.

Tired eyes: You can use cool compresses 1-2 times a day, treat any allergies with topical and/or systemic therapies, get lots of rest, try serum lid tightening creams, or laser skin tightening treatment. Treatment depends on what is causing the problem. If no improvement with the above options, concealing makeup or lower lid blepharoplasty can be considered.
