Alcohol dependence: Antabuse (disulfiram) is used for treatment of alcohol dependence, to discourage drinking. When even small amounts of alcohol taken with antabuse, (disulfiram) it produces variety of unpleasant effects like face flushing, headache, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, weakness, blurred vision, mental confusion, sweating, choking, breathing difficulty, and anxiety.
