I have a 5week old baby she seems to have a cold her nose is blocked nd she seems to have sweat i don't know what could be wrong wit her?

Tiny noses: Babies have tiny nasal passages & a relatively short neck, which prevents them from mouth breathing when congested unless they arch their head back in an uncomfortable position. Until their neck grows an inch or so, their nose is their airway & dust, perfumes, smoke etc make it run & congested.
