You do not.: Not even sure what value a lymph node ratio would be or mean. When you exam for the presence of a node you assess its site, consistency, whether or not it is fixed to underlying tissues, what other symptoms are in progress, the history of the patient and the remainder of the exam. Suggest you see a doctor.
