Doubtful: We haven't seen much rubella and red dots, specifically tiny red dots are more consistent with an enterovirus infection.If you have known exposure to a case or have specific concerns, see your pcp to be sure.

Roseola: Very common virus seen in this age group -6 months to 24 months. Fever can be as high as 106! caused by virus called human herpesvirus 6 (hhv-6).
