A member asked:

If i experienced decidual bleeding, how long after the bleeding has stopped would i get an accurate result on a hpt?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Accuracy is ok: The accuracy of an HCG pregnancy test should not be changed whether a woman is bleeding or not bleeding. That means if her level is 25, a urine test that shows "+" at a level of 25 should correctly show "+", regardless of whether or not she has vaginal bleeding, nose bleeding, or any other kind of bleeding.
