Yes: If the test is showing a positive then you likely are pregnant. Also possible you are miscarrying. Pregnancy tests will be positive for awhile after the start of a miscarriage. Is it possible that this bleeding isn't a period, but bleeding in pregnancy, yes, possible as well. Bottom line, given that you just had an abortion, and pregnant in next cycle, consider possible birth control? Good luck!
