Many: Usually it's picked up as elevated liver enzymes / other labs, but once the hemochromatosis patient is treated by removal of blood / iron, they usually say, "wow! i no longer have the blahs." impotence, arthritis at the thumb base, the gray skin, lots more, all self-heal when it's treated.
