Evaluation needed: On healthtap i could not even begin to guess the answer to your question -- so many reasons are possible. Even the term "mental illness" encompasses the entire dsm IV diagnostic manual by itself. Best to see your own physician for evaluation and diagnostic tests. You could have both a mental and physical condition, which in combination create your symptom picture.
