Commited: The best way to quit smoking is by making a commitment to yourself. It is a big commitment but by doing it- you do youself a favor. Big time. Make a commitment, set up the date when you will stop smoking completely and really do it. Do not make any excuses to go back to pick up your cigarette. Everything is about your mind. If you think you can do it- you can do it.
